Job Description
Job Title: Call Center Agent - Financial Accounts
Location: Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Experience: At least 6 months experience in a BPO setting
Salary: 19,000 Monthly
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Accurately handle and resolve customer account-related issues and questions
Update customer information and account details in the company's database
Process account transactions such as payments, transfers, and balance inquiries
Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as average handle time and customer satisfaction scores
Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge of financial products and services
Requirements:
At least 6 months experience in a BPO setting, handling financial account inquiries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
