Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) SHS Graduate
- Good to excellent communication and analytical skills (Oral and Written)
- Experience on phone, email and live chat support
- Amenable to report Onsite
Salary Package - 22,000 all in package (19,000 basic pay + 3K non tax allowance)
