Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering Inbound and Outband calls
- Providing Technical Support
- Resolving Customer Complaints
- Documenting Customer Interactions
- Upselling and Cross selling
- Meeting performance metrics
- Data entry and management
- Adhering to Security and Compliance Protocols
- Collaborating with other department
Overall, as a BPO Agent for a Home Security account, your primary goal would be to provide excellent customer service while ensuring that customers' home security needs are met and their accounts are managed efficiently and accurately.
What we are looking for:
- Willing to work on site
- Has Good to Excellent Communication Skills
- Atleast 1 month Call Center Experience
- Atleast High School/Senior High School Graduate
- Applicants should be a Filipino Citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Good communication and computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules/holidays/weekends
- Willing to work full time
- Willing to undergo the whole recruitment process
- Willing to start immediately
- Must not have conflict of interest such as plans to study/enrolled or work abroad
Requirements
