Here are the standard qualifications for our Telco Conferencing Account:
- At least 18 years of age
- A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
- Must possess basic web navigation skills
- With excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in English, with good comprehension skills, minimal to no grammar lapses and good interpersonal skills
- Must be conversant, confident and precise with his / her answers
- Willing to start immediately
- Preferably with 1-6 months call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met.
- Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules
- Must not have conflict of interest such as:
- Plans to study
- Plans to go abroad
