Your day to day nutshell:
- answering incoming consumer calls
- answering consumer questions and requests
- ensuring that consumer demands are addressed properly and promptly
- using a variety of client-based tools and applications to manage and service customers
- delivering cutting-edge service with friendliness, assurance, and expertise
Qualifications:
- At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
- With or without BPO experience
- Must have a good communication skills
