₱ 22,500.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
A customer service representative (CSR) in telecommunications is responsible for providing support to customers regarding their telecom products and services. Key responsibilities include:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints related to their telecom services
• Providing information about products, services, and pricing plans
• Processing service orders, changes, and cancellations
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date customer records in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service provided
• Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience and contribute to company goals.
Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
