Job Description
We are looking for Call Center Agents (CSR & TSR) Role
Salary Range: PHP12000 - PHP23000/ month depending on the accounts, location experience he/she hired to
Work Set - up: Work on-site
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications:
HS Graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience
SHS Graduates with at least 6 months of customer-facing experience
College level/undergraduates with at least 6 months of customer-facing experience
College Graduates may apply with or without call center experience (fresher)
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate and good web navigation skills
Amenable to work on shifting schedules/weekends/holidays
