₱ 50,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Remote
A Call Center Agent must welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answering phone and email inquiries as soon as possible. If you are unable to respond to a question, refer it to your line manager. Providing information about member benefits to members and health care practitioners.

Who are We Looking For?
US Registered nurse and PH Registered nurse
- With active US license (valid for at least 6 months)
- With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
- Must have at least 1 year bedside experience
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
- Temporary WAH - willing to relocate in Manila
- Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
For Temporary WAH Set-up:
Must have stable internet connection (at least 50mbps) /willing to upgrade if less than 50MBPS
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
