Job Call Center Agent
Job Description
Telco AccountSalary: PHP18000/month
Location: Cebu City
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Qualifications:
18 years of age and above
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
High School Graduates (old curriculum) Senior High School Graduates (new curriculum)
Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
Excellent English communication skills
Amenable to work on-site on shifting schedules.
