Hiring Call Center Agent in Retail Account Cagayan De Oro Site.
A call center agent in a retail account is responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to a company's products or services. This role involves answering incoming calls and responding to customer questions and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Duties may include:
-Answering customer inquiries about products, orders, and returns
-Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
-Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
-Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Upselling products and services to customers
-Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications?
-Must be at least be a high school graduate old curriculum, or Senior HS grad
-Applicant must be at least 18 years old
-Above Average English communication skills
- Must be willing to work on site
-Must have an ability to understand the customer's needs
