Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
savvy in computer & internet navigation
Communication Skills - Should be above average (Slight neutral or almost neutral accent)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
