₱ 50,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Remote
Welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answering phone and email inquiries as soon as possible. If you are unable to respond to a question, refer it to your line manager. Providing information about member benefits to members and health care practitioners.
What Are We Looking For?
- Must have at least 1 year BPO experience
- US Registered nurse and PH Registered nurse
- With active US license (valid for at least 6 months)
- With active PRC license (Valid for at least 6 months)
- Temporary WFH - willing to relocate in manila
- Has good customer service orientation
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule or graveyard shift
- Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (B&M)
Upon Hire:
Php 50,000 basic pay
Php 1,000 flex fund allowance
HMO
20% night shift differential
13 month pay
Php 1,000 for WFH (without any connectivity issues)
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
