Qualifications:
-Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience. Sales Experience is a plus
-Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
-Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)- Diploma is not required
-No prior application with Teleperformance in the last month or 2 months if endorsed by a different BP
-Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Timely management of a lot incoming and outgoing calls
-Always adhere to communication scripts when dealing with various topics.
-Identify the demands of the customer, be clear with the information, look into every problem, and offer remedies or substitutes.
-Seize the chance to sell more things when it presents itself.
-Create long-lasting relationships and engage clients by going above and beyond.
-Maintain clear records of every conversation in our call center database.
-Regularly attend instructional sessions to raise performance standards and knowledge.
-Achieve individual and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
