Your day-to-day in a nutshell
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilising various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age and above
At least HS Graduates (old curriculum) or SHS Graduates (new curriculum)
Above-average communication skills
Computer savvy
Must have at least 1month of BPO experience
