Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst-IT Delivery, Consumer Billing, your primary responsibilities would involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into IT deliverables that meet the needs of the Consumer Billing function within the organization. A Business Analyst-IT Delivery, Consumer Billing ensures that IT solutions are aligned with the needs of the Consumer Billing function, and that they support the organization's overall goals and objectives. Some specific tasks that you may be responsible for include:
1. Requirements gathering and documentation: Work with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, document them in a clear and concise manner, and translate them into functional specifications.
2. Systems analysis: Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements that will improve efficiency, accuracy, and/or customer experience.
3. User acceptance testing: Ensure that IT deliverables meet business requirements by performing user acceptance testing and coordinating user testing activities.
4. Change management: Coordinate change management activities, including developing change management plans, conducting impact assessments, and coordinating user training.
5. Stakeholder management: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met, and provide regular updates on project progress.
6. Project management: Manage the delivery of IT projects related to Consumer Billing, including defining project scope, creating project plans, and monitoring project progress.
7. Vendor management: Work with vendors to ensure that their solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
IT Background
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Technology, Information technology
