Responsibilities
Responsible for the team's attendance report
Coach agents to identify areas of improvement
Be the point of escalation for the POC and agents under your cohort and provide insights on coaching strategies that can be applied to specific issues. Tune in to EAs' needs by identifying the tools, systems, and any role-specific type of support that will enable them and make their work easy
Ensure positive customer experience at all times
Ensure to keep existing clients
Collaborate with Sales Support team in conducting Customer Satisfaction survey
Assists the team in presenting work to the client; helps the client understand and value the work presented
Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
Reports to management, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year account management experience
Strong influencing skills
Strong communication skills and strong command of English
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
detail-oriented
Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and skilled at negotiation
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
