HIRING A CALL CENTER AGENT
This is a great opportunity to work with an American company that has had employees in Cebu since 2005. This is a home-based, independent contractor position. The account is billing and some customer service for an American veterinarian company. This a very enjoyable and stable account that we've had for 9 years.
You must have your own computer and high-speed internet and a quiet place to work in your home. You will be working U.S. business hours, so you'll be working at night time in The Philippines. You MUST have extensive call center experience. We will train you of course but we expect you to come in with great skills and maturity. The pay is P35,000 per month to start. We expect to move you up to P41,000 in a reasonable amount of time.
If you're looking for an account that you can mostly manage yourself with no one constantly looking over your shoulder, this is it. While you won't be in the same building, the other team members have been with me for many years and we work closely together.
