Provide excellent information and case resolution pertaining to plan coverage and accounts.
Provide steady, superior service to every customer by making use of all available programs and resources.
Make guidelines to enhance operations and technical enhancements.
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
Being aware of the customers' specifications by means of efficient listening and questioning skills.
Job Qualifications Job Qualifications:
At least High School (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
Must have at least 6 months call center experience.
Must be amenable to work from site and work from home after.
Must have at least 20 Mbps of wired postpaid internet connection.
Must be amenable to work at our 12F One Montage, Archbishop Reyes Street, Cebu City.
Compensation 24000
