Job Description:
Provide nursing care to patients receiving dialysis treatment. Perform data entry via Nephroweb. Actively participate in process of improvement activities that enhance the likelihood of patients achieving their Quality Enhancement Goals. Adheres to all requirements of the organization’s Compliance Program, patient care and administrative policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- At least 1 year of work experience (with Hemodialysis nurse experience is an advantage)
- With training in Hemodialysis
