a. Education
-A graduate of a 4-year course in Building Technology Management or any 4-year course
b. Work Experience
-Must have at least 1-year related work experience on property and facility management
c. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

-Must have knowledge in the use of computer applications such as MS Office and e-mail
c.2 Skills
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
-Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively
-Has ability to plan and organize efficiently including prioritizing task correctly,
