Description
• Oversee the Help Desk Support staff, ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution;
• Resolve escalated and priority issues;
• Develop and improve problem resolution processes;
• Maintain customer satisfaction and sustain reliable client support;
• Set specific customer service standards;
• Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints;
• Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement;
• Develop timely reports on help desk team's productivity;
• Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams, like Technical Teams in order to address issues effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): Spanish
Knowledge: Communication and persuasion
