Description
Key Accountabilities
1. Administrative Support
· prepare activity reports
· inform management of recurring problems
· stay current with system information, changes and updates
· help update training manuals for new and revised software and hardware
2. Operation Support
· respond to requests for technical assistance in using the SLA Portal be it in person, via phone, chat or email
· respond to questions related to SLA policies and procedures covering but not limited to:
ü membership policies and procedures
ü loan types, requirements and processing
ü commodity loan status
· diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
· research questions using available information resources
· advise member/user on appropriate action
· follow standard help desk procedures
· log all help desk interactions
· follow up with members and respective Departments to ensure complete resolution of issues
· redirect problems to correct resource
· identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
· track and route problems and requests and document resolutions

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
