We are currently on the hunt for:
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE
Work Type: VOICE HELPDESK CAMPAIGN
Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Reporting Site: EASTWOOD / CLARK, PAMPANGA
Salary Package: 24,000.00 all in package
About the Role:
Help desk support specialists are the go-to people for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. They are responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner.
Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, the primary objective of the Customer Experience Executive position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate
• IT fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Experience in IT / BPO related industry is an advantage

• 24/7 Operations
• HMO on Day 1

• 2 Rest days in a week
• HMO Dependent Program
• 24 PTOs / Leave Credits Annually
