Do you enjoy flexibility and the ability to work from home? Achieve provides online prep exam courses to increase students' likelihood of earning college credits via credit-by-exam. We are a fully virtual organization with all team members working 100% remotely.
Achieve Test Prep is currently seeking a Helpdesk Agent to be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support to effectively and efficiently solve problems with their knowledge, ambition and user-friendly support.
Responsibilities

-Troubleshoots computer and mobile devices issues that customers have when accessing Adobe Connect online platform, Moodle LMS and other websites
-Assists customers in installing software and apps under different Operative systems and mobile devices (Windows, Mac, Chrome OS, Android, iOS)
-Guides customers on resolving technical difficulties over the phone (audio issues, connectivity problems, etc)
-Access customer's computers remotely to resolve technical difficulties
Desired skills and experience

-Must write and speak fluently in English
-Available to work 40+ hour per week: Monday and Friday 2 pm - 10 pm Eastern Time, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Time
-High School Diploma (graduate) or 1-3 years of conclusive experience
-Location - Home-based outside USA
-Technical support background and experience
-Technical knowledge of computers and operative systems (Windows, Mac, Chrome, Android, iOS), as well as mobile devices
-Ability to work under stress on the phone
-Ability to deal with frustrated customers
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Experience with remote computer access (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) preferred
-Knowledge of Moodle and Adobe Connect preferred
