1. Loads, transfers, and unloads products and materials safely and correctly
2. Maintains cleanliness and good operating condition of forklift
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Performs loading, transferring, unloading of company's products and materials
1.1 Performs daily gathering of Forklift Reservation Forms (FRF's) from Material Inventory and Warehouse Planner for proper scheduling
1.2 Coordinates with the FRF requestors regarding work request scheduling/implementation
1.3 Performs daily lifting works based on schedule
1.4 Ensures that safety policy is being observed and carried-out while doing daily lifting work
2. Ensures proper up-keeping of assigned unit
2.1 Ensures that the forklift maintenance checklist is being accomplished every morning of the working day
2.2 Ensures good up-keeping of forklift
2.3 Reports immediately any forklift trouble/damage
3. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational/ Technical Diploma / Short Course Certificate or must have completed at least 2 years in college
must have TESDA Certifications of Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II (if vocational./technical course graduate)
must have a Driver's License
At least one (1) year work experience on Forklift Operation or Heavy Equipment operations
May work during weekends and holidays, when necessary
Preferably from the Roxas area or Zamboanga region (priority), but open to other candidates who are willing to relocate.
Expectations from the Candidates
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
