Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the Clinic Head and/or Clinical Training Manager, primarily administers audiometric screening and threshold tests to determine the functionality of auditory senses and makes the necessary recommendations thereon.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Performs otoscopy, case Hx, administers and interprets hearing tests.
2. Counselling and explaining the hearing test results with patients and recommending appropriate intervention management which may include fitting of Hearing Aid.
3. Post-fittingng management of Hearing Aid patients.
4. Recordkeeping and documentation process
5. Other clinic administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Audiology course
2. With a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Hearing Care Specialist/Hearing Aid Dispenser
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
