Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively imparts and demonstrates company Vision, Mission and Culture.
Assists in the design and development of training materials, such as presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and other resources.
Schedules weekly training sessions and delivers them by presenting information, facilitating discussions, and providing guidance.
Facilitates onboarding, catch up and special classes as needed.
Provides documentation of training provided and ensures that budgeted time allocated is met.
Provides feedback and coaching to trainees as part of the learning experience.
Presentation of all trainees skills and behavioral assessments for the training deliberation.
Monitors and maintains a reporting system of performance assessments for new hires.
Provides administrative support that includes maintaining training records, managing Salesforce database or learning management systems, and handling trainee inquiries.
Serves as back-up support in the day-to-day coordination of training activities.
Handles any other task associated with organizing and scheduling training.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in a training role, facilitating both classroom and virtual classes.
Solid understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and concepts, essential for effectively training associates in the medical field.
Experience and knowledge in Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills, being cooperative, courteous, flexible, and good-natured.
Effective work skills, including being conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive, and active.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Proficiency in PC applications/programs required to successfully perform duties.
Exposure to GSuite and Canva.
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to understand organizational priorities and meet deadlines.
Capability to work independently with minimal daily direction from a manager to accomplish objectives.
Values teamwork.
Takes initiative and has a high sense of accountability.
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of contractors and management.
TOP 5 NON-NEGOTIABLE:
3+ years of related training role experience facilitating both classroom & virtual classes.
