HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Job description:
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Medical Virtual Assistant team. This role will oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, and act as the bridge between the team and the client.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the Medical VA team
Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Prepare and present operational reports
Lead meetings and coordinate directly with the client
Ensure KPIs and service standards are met
Qualifications:
Graduate of any medical allied course (nursing, medtech, radtech, etc.) with experience working in clinics/ hospitals/ laboratories
At least 2 years of leadership/managerial experience in BPO, healthcare, or related field
Strong communication, reporting, and people management skills. Must be familiar with EMRs/EHRs
Willing to work onsite, night shift, and shifting schedules
