Job Responsibilities:
Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner.
Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them.
Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.
Job Qualification:
Preferably with Medical/Home Health Background
With at least six (6) months Call Center Customer Service
Great Communication and Comprehension Skills
Flexibility in responding to change or business needs.
Strong Computer Skills
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
Keen and Strong attention to detail
Willing to work on Holidays
This is an office-based job
