Over-all description of role: Prior Authorization is the preliminary review of Prior Authorization requests based from Clinical Guidelines for each drug. The team helps in procuring the PA for the customer. Must have Qualifications: Highschool Graduate or College Undergraduate. Call Center experience of at least 6 months BPO experience Graduate of any course (Medical Allied course is preferred) - no BPO experience required Above average communication skills, both oral and written Can type 35-50 WPM Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products Should have understanding / willing to learn interpreting the medications and dosages. Has keen eye for detail, creative, resourceful, committed, and flexible Willing to work night and shifting schedules Willing to work long hours if needed Contract start date: October 29 / November 5 Year 2020 Contract end date: April 11 / April 25 Year 20201 NOTE: *Internet requirement of 10mpbs for work from home set up, if you don t have internet connection you will be asked to report onsite (same start date). *With Completion Bonus of up to Php 12,000.00 subject to tiering based on Scorecard Performance
