The Healthcare ACT Evaluator is responsible for making initial assessment calls as part of the Advanced Clinical Therapies program. The evaluator will also update the Benefits Verification Excel. Lastly, the evaluator will check for patients that have been authorized for advanced clinical therapies and group them in their respective territories in order to assist with the routing of our field therapies. Responsible for obtaining data/metrics to facilitate our financial analysis of hiring for expansion and growth.
Make Initial Assessment calls and filling out initial assessment forms to upload to patient charts.
Keep data organized and trackable in excel platform
Check benefit verification approvals and group them for facilitation of scheduling of advanced clinical therapies
Nursing Graduate preferred
Medical Assistant/Nursing Assistant/Clinical Coordinator
Excellent customer service gained from a healthcare account
Excellent organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong awareness of medical terminology
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience with excel and PDF filler
Strong ability to multi-task and keep various data sets
