ONE DAY HIRING PROCESS - 2 INTERVIEWS, 1 ONLINE EXAM
Type of Employment: PROJECT BASED (4 MONTHS)
Work Set-Up: ON SITE
Work Location: Alabang and Quezon City
Schedule: Night Shift (2 Days Off but not Fixed Weekends Off)
Possible Start Date: November 16, 2020 and November 25, 2020
Salary Package Range: 16, 500 - 23,600
Qualifications:
- HS Graduate: At least 2 Years BPO VOICE EXPERIENCE
- 1st Year College: At least 1 Year BPO VOICE EXPERIENCE
- 2 Years in College: At least 6 Months BPO VOICE EXPERIENCE
- College Graduate: WITH OR WITHOUT BPO EXPERIENCE
Job Description:
- Assist members regarding their all concerns
6. Pharmacy/Prescription benefits, eligibility and claims
7. Terminology and plan design
8. Home delivery billing inquiries
9. Correspondence requests
10. Accurately capture member grievances and file determination requests
- Compassionately inform and educate members about their benefits
- Utilize and be familiar with current system functions, applications, enhancements or upgrades in products and services
- Secure and maintain the confidentiality of member's accounts and information
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, breaking barriers, compliance, and customer follow-up, and attendance
