Successful candidates take calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers' needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Qualifications:
• Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months of customer service experience in any industry.
• Graduates of 4-year course with or without work experience may apply.
• Has a good customer service orientation
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
•Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Time Management
