Description
The Head Security of Royale Fishing Corporation is generally responsible for formulating company policies and procedures on Security Operation; Recommending security measures; and ensuring strict implementation of all these. He is also expected to impart Security orientation and training to officers, staff and concerned agency personnel.
Qualifications:
- With at least three (3) years experience as Head Security
- Graduate of BS Criminology or related field
- Retired Military Officer
- With specialized knowledge of Policy and SOPs formulation and/or revision on safety and security
- With MALASAKIT attitude towards work and co-workers

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Analysis, Communication and persuasion, Teaching, Team management, Emotions management, Leadership, Reports, Conflict Resolution
