HEAD QUANTITY SURVEYOR-CIVIL ENGINEER
 
Job Description:
 
The Quantity Surveyor will compute cost estimates for the preparation of project proposals and other bid documents, evaluate structural or architectural drawings to establish the necessary material quantities and track the progress of projects from design and bidding to awarding,installation, and completion.
 
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering
Candidate must possess a Professional License in Civil Engineering
At least 3-5 years of experience working in the Construction Industry both Structural and Architectural with a concentration on Quantity Surveying.
Knowledgeable in MS CAD software
Can be reliable in Bidding, BOQ Preparation, and Budgeting in each project
Prepare all agreed reports to predetermined deadlines
Establish cost-cutting strategies to enhance the project's total value.
Attend meetings that pertain to resolving commercial, contractual, and construction issues
Ensure accurate and timely budget and cost reporting for the project.
Excellent in Technical Report Writing and oral Communication
Strong Mathematical Skills
Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision of the Boss
With excellent delegation skills
Possess good leadership and management skills
Must be committed and understand that deadline IS DEADLINE
