Welink MCS is hiring for a Head of the Business Transformation in behalf of a client partner in the Toll Road Operation Industry

Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Business Transformation Office which serves as:
• The central nerve system of the entire transformation process
• Disseminating entity of transformation-related knowledge and best practices across the organization (consequently acts to
challenge existing upward and downward practices)
• Administration of accountability and oversight system for all transformation initiatives and programs
• Body to set schedule, tone, scorekeeping, measuring and tracking the business value of all transformation initiatives and
programs
• Access point for everyone in the organization on the same simple rulebook and training
•For a common understanding of the transformation's unambiguous processes and policies.
• Oversee the group-wide transformation program
• Establish and ensure consistent implementation of business transformation governance across the entire organization with:
• Clear decision-making hierarchy
• The right people involvement having the right mandate to act on matters they oversee pragmatic metrics framework to govern
performance
• Collaborate with the CEO and secure alignment with senior management on programs and initiatives with overarching transformation goals and objectives
• Assess the availability and readiness of resources within the organization, and identify intervention programs to close capability gaps
• Introduce agile methodologies to accelerate transformation along with corresponding portfolio definition and funding
• Drive effective organizational change management identification and implementation in every aspect of business transformation and their corresponding programs and initiatives
Qualifications:
• Prior experiences leading and heading business transformation (of equivalent magnitude, scale, and accountability) for an entire organization
• Held different senior management roles within a business or organization, particularly those that involve liaising with the CEO and other members of the executive team
• Must have Program Management Skills
• Must have a high level of Business Acumen and Financial Literacy
• Must have a high level of Resiliency and Ability for Problem Solving / To Go Deep
