Job Summary
Will be in charge of organizing, directing and leading its the sales operations, and thus making sure that all sales personnel are conducting themselves in accordance with the existing parameters of the company
Job Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any Management or Marketing related course
- With good communication and leadership skills
- Must have at least 1 - 2 years of meaningful experience in Marketing & Sales, preferably in the Life Insurance Industry
- Must be willing to travel and conduct regular branch visitations and meetings
