Job Description
The Sales head will be responsible for: - Consult with potential customers to understand their needs identify and suggest equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
- Identify and analyse customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
- Support sales personnel recruitment and provide leadership to the sales team.
- Review and analyse sales and operational records and reports use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would:
1. Have 8+ years of experience in printing and packaging space
2. Have served alcohol and beverage, foods and beauty brands
3. Have a strong hold on business development and account management.
