Description:
» Develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing
» operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
» Responsible for optimal RPC operations to ensure that budget and production targets are met.
» Continuous devise cost engineering without compromising value creation.
» Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards as per parameters.
» Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
» Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus in company's overall growth.
» Supply chain management and cost control
» Planning and controlling of production plans and forecasts.
» Produce regular and accurate reports:
» Weekly and monthly production reports to the Management Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
» Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff/subordinates. Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in conformity with company policy.
» Ensure compliance with national and local regulations. Consult with
» Human Resources Department as appropriate.
» supervise the Production Department's conversion of rice husks into biomass fuel for internal consumption,
» while managing the sale of by-products to third parties.
» Ensure optimization of all machines all over the production year.
» Ensure hat all equipment of the RPC is always in good working condition.
» Provide timely and practical solutions to any technical problem that may occur.
» Train and supervise the team for continuous maintenance of all equipment and plant facilities to minimize equipment breakdown.
» Establish and implement a system for stocking key/fast moving and/or critical spare parts.
OPERATIONS SUPPORT
» Ensure timely and optimal distribution of milled rice in coordination with the Management and the Sales Team.
» Assist the Management in preparing a detailed monthly and annual operating budget for the RPC.
» Support the Management in achieving Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000) accreditation, as well as in the implementation these standards to cover all aspects of RPC operations.
SAFETY AND SUSTAINcapability
» Observe proper housekeeping and proper waste disposal
» Ensure that all workers, both seasonal and regular employees of CYAI, on his/her shift are observing occupational safety rules and regulations set by the company which includes but not limited to use of personal protective equipment and restricting entrance of unauthorized personnel
» Perform all other tasks assigned by the management team from time to time.
Requirements:
» Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or any related fields
» Analyze problems and solve immediate situations quickly and accurately.
» At least 5 years practiced in any related field
» Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical skills.
» Adequate expertise of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources)
» With practice operating with PLC/SCADA automated system
» Excellent verbal and written communication skills
» Excellent Microsoft Office skills for reporting, data recording and analysis
» Willing to work beyond office hours and holidays
» With skills in performing machine inspection and troubleshooting
