Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize production schedules
- Assess project and resource requirements
- Estimate, negotiate and agree on budgets and timescales with internal clients and managers
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
- Determine quality control standards
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Oversee production processes
- Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary
- Select, order and purchase materials
- Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Approve maintenance work, purchase of equipment etc. (after approval of Senior Consultant PR)
- Liaise with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Supervise and manage the work of junior staff
- Organize relevant training sessions
- Report directly to the top management (Senior Consultant PR)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
- Has 3-5 years of experience (same industry is a big plus)
