They are currently expanding their team of IT professionals and they are in search for a passionate, skillful and self-motivated Head of IT & Data Analysis who possesses exemplary people management, data analysis and project management skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and rectify all level 2/3 customer voice and data faults Carry out deployment and configuration of routers, switches, IP phones Configure extensions on Hosted Voice Platforms, and other networking equipment, solutions and designs Monitor network and voice management systems for all service elements Ensure processes are documented and maintained Skills / Qualifications: Line management of a small, remote team. Scheduling and project management of the team workflow (quality of work, team meetings, target setting and development) Plan and deliver product and data development projects to specification and timescale from idea phase through testing and implementation Ensure ISC data is of the highest quality throughout the internal systems of the business with respect to Sales, Customer Success and Product and services Support the internal and external facing teams to remove delays, improve processes and implement creative ways to enhance the user experience Provide expertise in development and continuous improvement of our data and I.T architecture Lead the team to meet client and project deadlines, adhereto high quality standards and ensure consistency and accuracy, to ensure our data is meaningful to all that use it.
