Initiates and oversees the development and management of the product's roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision. Manages the innovation and improvement of the product in such a way that ensures that GCash Pay Bills is constantly growing to suit the consumers' needs. Develops metrics to assess the success of the product, it's features, and determine necessary enhancements Manages cross-functional teams in business, and product design/engineering Responsible for managing and implementing marketing initiatives through research, strategic planning and implementation. Collaborates with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of product and developing needs Requirements 5-8 Years of experience Strong analytical and communication skills Product Management and experience working in a Fintech or Digital bank industries
