Job Summary:
 
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. The Head of Finance will be responsible for managing the financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and providing strategic recommendations to support the organization's growth and profitability.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports to provide accurate and timely financial insights.
Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management to ensure financial health and stability.
Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and company standards.
Analyze financial data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.
Oversee the company's investment activities and develop long-term financial plans.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field.
With at least 5-10 years work experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director or an equivalent role.
Proven track record in leading and overseeing the finance/accounting department.
Experience working in Outsourcing/Shared Service Industry.
Strong background in corporate compliances, regulatory compliances and internal and external audits.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Highly analytical and a strategic thinker.
Good leadership skills on an organization level.
Open to travel.
