Join our dynamic team in Clark! Flood Control Asia RS Corporation, Clark, Pampanga is looking for a Head of Finance. Incumbent must be willing to relocate at Clark, Pampanga.
The Head of Finance will be responsible for the financial control and compliance within the legal entities including accounting, tax, audit, internal controls (including CAPEX, procurement and inventory), and general cost controls.
The Head of Finance will be responsible for the analysis and control of the financial information, and will also develop any relevant reports and KPIs to support the business. The Head of Finance will be fully responsible for the preparation of the budget, forecasts, plan, and track the performance of the business against these targets through the MMR (Monthly Management Report) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) reports.
Qualifications:
✅ A minimum qualification of a tertiary degree combined with postgraduate qualifications such as a CPA.
✅ Strong hands-on experience in a finance managerial capacity of at least 5 years that has exposed him/her to all accounting disciplines.
✅ Must have good hands-on experience in managing Letter of Credits, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance including claims.
✅ Multi-national company experience in a fast-paced service environment.
✅ Direct dealing with Banks, Auditors, Legal advisors, Customers, Suppliers.
✅ Experience with the engineering industry is desirable.
✅ Able to work under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
✅ Drive for improvement and excellence.
✅ Hands-on with day-to-day operations.

Tasks and Function:
By working closely with the Finance team, ensure the overall integrity and consistency of the accounts.
Monthly review of the accounts and preparation of the Monthly Management Report (MMR), including commentaries and analysis.
Ensure compliance with the governing authorities.
Direct involvement in the preparation of the budget, the forecasts, and the year plan for the business unit, working under the guidance of the President & CEO and the Exec. VP & CFO.
Seek to meet/exceed all Working Capital Index (WCI targets) as set out in the budget.
Thorough understanding of the commercial and contractual relationship with the customers.
Actively engage in the tendering and sales side of the business, from involvement in modeling and pricing of tenders to the completion of GOP analysis.
Issue import and export LC and accepts payments: Notifies exporters and importers of issuance of letters of credit covering the shipment of merchandise.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to both direct and indirect reports to the finance teams.
Encourage positive attitudes towards Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S).
