Job Description

The HEAD OF ENGINEERING is responsible for managing the maintenance of the stores, developing engineering systems and construction and renovation of new stores. His major task includes delivery of maintenance SLA, manage maintenance cost, improve preventive maintenance programs, develop CMMS, delivery of new stores on time in full within budget.
THE ROLE:
Ensures completion of all projects within the assigned timeline and budget
Works closely with Operations & third-party contractors to ensure Engineering activities are delivered based on SLA
Provides monthly project updates & engineering budget expense report
Implementation of a formal CMMS System
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Engineering course preferably Mechanical and Electrical
With ten (10) years working experience in the related field in all facets of engineering, administration, construction and repairs, technical & project management preferably in Restaurant Industry to Hospitality and F&B Industry
Currently Senior Manager level in his/her current position and managing a team of at least 5 direct reports
With strong communication and presentation skills, leadership and people-management skills
Has demonstrated capability to deliver outstanding performance with minimal supervision while handling multiple projects
