Develop and execute a technology roadmap that supports the company's vision and strategy

Serve as bridge between business and technology, making decisions that impact current and future operations

Structure technology policies, procedures, and standards to ensure organizational success
Requirements
5+ years' experience leading Philippine technology teams in a high growth environment
Strategic thinker and problem solver
Strong project management and organization skills
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Java, React, AWS, microservices, and MVC architectural patterns
Experience with building service-based architecture including use of micro services frameworks
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as business development, engineering, and project management
Passionate about making teams better and creating an environment of learning
Experience in interfacing with non-Filipino stakeholders on project deliverables
