JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for all the activities and operations of the collection team.
Supervise and monitor a team of collectors in regard to workflow and productivity.
Monitor and report the performance of the collection team.
Ensures collectors follow all protocols, laws and regulations to collect payments efficiently.
Authorized representative in filing cases.
Provides collections personnel with information and training necessary to improve the performance of collection team.
Recommend guidelines in collection process
Prepares collections performance and analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Male, 30-40 years' old
Preferably graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business
Good communication skills
Computer literate
Excellent leadership and management skills
With driving skills
Can work under pressure
Should have strong background in terms of collection Preferably with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same field
