Get to know the team The Cities and Expansion Team manages all of Grab's businesses outside the capital (OTC), Metro Manila. Get to know the role The role supports the astronomical growth of Grab's footprint across the country, and is responsible for creating and managing key partner relationships, such as out partner-distributors, merchants, and key city partnerships and growing the portfolios outside the capital. Day-to-Day Activities City Development : Partner with local entrepreneurs in key cities to outsource Grab's business in specific areas (called Grab Service Hubs), creating an indirect channel for Grab, similar to how FMCGs and Telcos run their regional operations. Day to day tasks are as follows: Key Account Management : The individual must be able to actively track performance against the given scorecard targets given to the Grab Service Hub partners. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that best address consumer and partner(s) needs while simultaneously meeting performance objectives. Data Analysis & Insights : With in-depth data analysis of your portfolio, pipeline and business (using Salesforce CRM), drive and develop account specific growth strategies and approaches, solidifying Grab verticals as a market leader. Present account plans based upon data driven insights to establish business plans that advance the city's and Grab Service Hub performance while also working on new initiatives and launches. Merchant Management : The other key partners are merchants in Grab run cities. Acquire and grow the network of merchants on the platform Portfolio Management : Manage total portfolio and growth of merchants, working together with the City Operations teams on ground in each Grab owned City Relationship Management : Craft the relationship plan and execute across the regions, building key relationships per region and city Partnerships : Work with other BD teams to tap Metro Manila partnerships to support Cities growth The Must -Haves Bachelor's or Master's Degree graduate in Business or relevant field Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and business development Has created a strong impact in driving and implementing business strategy Excellent in building long term partnership planning and relationships Agile in working as a business partner with management and successfully acting as an advisor Strong competency in defining, driving and orchestrating strategic business objectives Quick to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and can push to meet critical deadlines Strong integrity and understanding of professionalism and code of conduct in dealing with external partners and LGUs Our Commitment We are committed to building diverse teams and creating an inclusive workplace that enables all Grabbers to perform at their best, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity or sexual orientation and other attributes that make each Grabber unique.
