We are searching for an experienced and ambitious lead for our business analyst and consulting team working within our Digital Consulting team (which combines architecture, strategy, innovation, and product teams). Reporting to the VP of Business and Technology Consulting, Insurance, this is a pivotal strategic role, responsible for shaping CGI's future vision and go-to-market strategy for Insurances. Your future duties and responsibilities: . You will be operating at C-Suite level in front of senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Therefore, you must have solid presentation skills and be comfortable conducting presentations to both individuals and groups of people . At CGI we believe that modern consulting needs to run as a single digital consulting team, as we believe that all transformational change has business and technology aspects, so you will work hand-in-hand working with our CTO and technology consulting leads . You will contribute, develop and take ownership of the digital business consulting aspects of CGI's future vision and go-to-market strategy for Insurance . Working in partnership with Delivery, Technology Consulting and Sales Teams you will translate business vision and requirements into solutions, setting out compelling propositions and converting opportunities into sales . You will lead a team of business analysts and consultants working with our clients across a variety of business and technology consulting engagements. You will bring your sector knowledge and previous experience as a consultant or senior business analyst to shape successful client engagements . Working across both pre-sales and project delivery, you will translate business requirements into solution designs. You will use your understanding of business, and how technology can be applied to business problems and meeting client needs to write winning proposals and RFP responses . You will be able to lead and guide business analyst and consulting teams to analyse business processes and requirements and understand operating models to define effective solution requirements, which can meet the needs of both proof of concept and enterprise scale solutions, understanding the importance of aligning the appropriate business solution to the business vision and non-functional requirements . You will also work with our product development teams to help them build out compelling roadmaps, using your market knowledge to help shape solution design from early concepts to go-to-market propositions . You will ideally have experience in working on fast paced agile projects, working with business and technology teams, and have worked in projects which have used human centred design and design thinking to identify client needs and shape compelling solutions This is a true growth role you will be part of a diverse, dynamic and supportive leadership team accompanied with the leadership training packages to enable a long term career at CGI. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: The ideal candidate will have spent much of their career working for insurance institutions and/or vendors/solution integrators/consultancies in the Insurance sector. You will follow industry trends and be driven by the opportunities provided by Insurtech and other partners to revolutionise and re-imagine Insurance. You will have the experience and ability to translate those offerings into building solid business cases that support the value proposition for the client and CGI. You will have worked on the design and development of solutions to insurance market challenges in the General Insurance and/or London Market. You will have had lead business analyst or lead consulting roles in the digital transformation of organisations at which you have worked, working with business and technology stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. You will have experience of working on user experience and design led agile programmes and understand the importance of defining products from a customer-centric perspective.
