Job Description:
Responsible for managing Fulfilled by Shopee business and its entire P&L
Responsible for both continuous growth and improved bottom line
Guide teams to bring in new brands into our Fulfilled by Shopee business, retain them and monetize them to be profitable
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Operations and Marketing to leverage growth for FBS business
Coordinate with regional teams to procure budget, submit targets, handle inventory health and keep key KPIs within target
Coordinate with our Warehouse and Fulfillment teams to ensure healthy operations
Create and drive new initiatives to increase FBS's market share in PH ecommerce landscape
Hire new talent, coach and manage KPIs of the entire team
Requirements:
Possesses Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
With at least 4 years relevant work experience in FMCG/Electronics managing Retail or Fulfillment Business
E-commerce, E-Distributor, FMCG and retail background is preferred
Ex-Consultants from MBB background is preferred
Strong team management skills, ability to build, grow and drive a large team towards critical business goals
Ability to present and have discussions with senior leadership team
